24-Hour Cancellation Courtesy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps us open that time to another guest and keeps our schedule flowing with care and grace.
Appointment Notifications
While text and/or email reminders are sent as a courtesy, it remains your responsibility to keep track of scheduled appointment times. If there's ever uncertainty, simply give me a call or text-I'm happy to help.
Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
Missing your appointment or canceling the same day will result in a $25 fee, which must be paid before booking your next service.
Running Late
If you’re running behind, I’ll do my best to accommodate you- but please know that late arrivals may result in additional fees or cancellation depending on timing and availability.
Wrong Address Arrivals
Skin Sweet is no longer located in Chesterfield. I've moved to a double suite (Suite 4) in Utica.
If you arrive at the wrong location and cannot make it to the correct addrress on time, your appointment may be shortened or subject to a $25 missed appointment fee. Please double-check the address when scheduling to avoid delays or disruptions.
